Abstract

The failure of the collective water management models provoques private initiatives. Many studies prove that the access to water diversifies and that the agricultural contractors choose the security of water supply by pumping. Frequently, the public policies are contradictory. Comparative project ISIIMM is an idea of renewal of various points of considering in order to find intitutionnelles solutions.
